Riki Kaya focuses his practice on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and civil disputes. He represents insurers and businesses in a variety of first-party and third-party matters, helping clients navigate complex legal and coverage issues with practical, results-oriented counsel. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, Riki is a graduate of ʻIolani School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco in 2019 before relocating to Seattle to attend the Seattle University School of Law. During law school, Riki joined Lether Law Group as a Rule 9 Legal Intern, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and insurance coverage matters. Following graduation, he joined the firm as an associate attorney after being admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2023.
In 2024, Riki was admitted to practice law in Hawaiʻi, allowing him to represent clients in both Washington and Hawaiʻi. Drawing on his roots in the Islands and his professional experience in the Pacific Northwest, Riki provides clients with practical counsel and effective advocacy in a wide range of litigation and insurance-related matters.
Outside of his work, Riki enjoys golf, tennis, pickleball, paddleboarding, hiking, and skiing.
