Rachel focuses her practice on commercial litigation, insurance coverage,  and litigation of first- and third-party disputes involving both contractual and extra-contractual claims. Her litigation experience includes litigation of disputes arising from commercial general liability, directors and officers, public entity, automobile, helicopter, and watercraft insurance policies.

 

Originally from Naples, Florida, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University in the City of New York. She later earned her juris doctor from the George Washington University School of Law, cum laude, before serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit.

 

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys sailing and traveling. She is a heritage Spanish speaker.
